Delayna Keller-Watkins is a global and award winning Registered Nurse and Certified Wellness Coach in the areas of self-care and personal wellness. For over 2 decades Delayna has been serving wellness seeking women and young girls through her seminars, products and programs. She is an author, motivational speaker, and founder of Delayna Keller Watkins, Inc. and Healthy Soul, LLC a lifestyle company designed to help women achieve optimal health and wellness through the integration of mind, body and spirit.
She began her journey in the nursing profession as the youngest African American Licensed Practical Nurse at the tender age of 17, graduating with dual honors from high school and the Center of Applied Technology. She later earned honors graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the College of Notre Dame in Baltimore, MD. She holds a Wellness Certification from the American College of Wellness and professional certification from the Professional Woman Network and the National Society of Health Coaches.
Delayna is known for her enthusiasm, contagious energy and passionate delivery as she provokes the audience to participate and engage in a transformational change. She is on a mission to educate, empower and encourage women and young girls to lead healthier lifestyles. With the release of her most recent book, “Becoming Your Own Best Friend,” she created the Total Woman Lifestyle™ program which provides women with the skills, tools and strategies for living a healthier, happier life.
